Biography

Jennifer Ponzo, BSN, ACNP-BC, is a nurse practitioner in the Division of Adult Cardiothoracic Surgery. As a nurse practitioner on the inpatient cardiothoracic surgery team, Jennifer manages patients with a myriad of critical illnesses who are awaiting or recovering from surgery including heart/lung transplant, cardiac and thoracic operations.

Jennifer is passionate about delivering the highest quality care possible and patient education. Jennifer has a particular interest in providing comprehensive care to patients and their families as they transition between health care settings.
