The Adult Cardiothoracic Surgery Grand Rounds is to provide continuing education to physicians and nurses in the field of Cardiothoracic Surgery. Other attendees may include fellows, fellows, residents, interns, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, medical students, and other medical professionals seeking additional knowledge in the field.
Lead by our chief resident, Hubert Luu, M.D. Our goal is to improve outcomes and decrease morbidities and mortalities as well as re-admission rates in the adult cardiothoracic surgery field through ongoing discussions and case conferences while adhering to the latest guidelines for evidence-based practices.
UCSF designates this activity for a maximum of 50 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)TM*.
Physicians should claim credit commensurate with their participation in the activity during FY 22-23.
